St Neots Business Network Welcomes Fredericks Foundation
We’re so pleased to welcome Lorna Holland from Fredericks Foundation to our inaugural meeting on 15th April.
Fredericks has been around for 14 years, and yet few people are aware of its existence. But you should be, because they are a goldmine for start-ups and small businesses alike.
Fredericks Foundation was set up in 2001 by Paul Barry-Walsh, a successful entrepreneur who wanted to help others who aspire to run their own business but are unable to obtain the necessary support to do so. As a result of the economic downturn, as well as helping people off benefits, Fredericks Foundation branched out to assist existing companies in need of finance who are unable to obtain it from their bank.
Why should you come and listen to Lorna?
You may be interested in hearing how their loans can help your business. And if you’re not, how about helping them? Fredericks Foundation provides mentoring for their clients because many do not have skills in all the disciplines required to set up a business. eg marketing, bookkeeping, time management, etc. Don’t be worried if you’ve never mentored before, Fredericks Foundation will help with your training and equipping.
Come and join us on 15th April. Our aim is to provide quality speakers who will inspire us, educate us and share their knowledge with us, and I think we’ve hit the nail on the head with Lorna! We want you to leave the room feeling energised and motivated. We want to encourage collaboration rather than the thrusting of business cards at each other!
Book your place here and we look forward to seeing you on 15th April.
Keep an eye out for details of our forthcoming speakers at St Neots Business Network, we’ve got a cracker of a calendar lined up for you.
